Why Freight Bridge
Run by people who've driven the lanes
We know what a bad dispatcher costs you. We built this to be the one we wanted.
A person, not a queue
You get one dispatcher with a name. They learn your truck, your lanes and your home time.
Checked before it's booked
We vet every broker before a rate confirmation goes out, and keep an eye on your insurance dates.
More than the load board
We have broker contacts across the country, so you're not fighting 40 trucks for the same posting.
What we do
You drive. We handle the rest.
We work for you, not the broker. You keep your authority and the final say on every rate.

Dispatch only. No brokering.
You pay us, so we’re on your side of every call.
Rate negotiation
We check every load against current market rates and push back until it pays.
Paperwork
Broker packets, rate confirmations, BOLs and insurance requests. All of it.
Invoicing and factoring
Paperwork goes out the day you deliver, so your money isn't held up.
One dispatcher
The same person every time. They know your truck and when you need to be home.
Route planning
We plan the week around fuel, hours of service and where you want to end up.
Compliance tracking
We watch your insurance and authority dates so nothing lapses mid-load.

How it works
Three steps to your first load
Most carriers are set up the same day.

Send your documents
MC and DOT numbers, insurance certificate, W-9. We send the agreement back the same day.
- 02
We find the loads
Your dispatcher works the boards and our broker contacts, then brings you loads worth taking.
- 03
You haul, we file
Rate confirmations, check calls and paperwork handled. Invoices go out the day you deliver.

Straight answers
What we don't do
Some dispatch services blur the line. We don't. Here's where it sits.
Freight Bridge LLC is a dispatch service acting as your agent under your own authority. We are not a broker, a freight forwarder or a motor carrier.
- Broker freight or take a cut of the rate
- Hold your freight money
- Book a load you haven't approved
- Lock you into a long contract
- Charge a setup or signup fee
In writing
What you can hold us to
All of this is in the Dispatch Service Agreement. Read it before you send us anything.
Our fee, in writing
A flat percentage per load, set out in the Dispatch Service Agreement before you sign. No setup fee, no extras.
Your authority stays yours
Every load runs under your MC. We act as your agent and never book a load you haven't approved.
Your money goes to you
Brokers and factors pay you directly. We invoice our fee separately and never hold your freight money.
Leave whenever you want
No long-term contract. Either side can end it with written notice.
FAQ
Common questions
What owner-operators usually ask us first.
Question not here?
Email us. A dispatcher will answer, usually within one business hour.
account@freightbridge.usHow much do you charge?
A flat percentage of the linehaul on loads we book for you. The exact figure is in your Dispatch Service Agreement before you sign. No setup fee, and if we don't book you, you don't pay.
Do I need my own authority?
Yes. We dispatch under your MC, never our own. You'll need active authority, a DOT number and current cargo and liability insurance. If you're still filing, tell us and we'll point you to help.
Will you book loads without asking me?
No. You see the rate, the lane and the appointment first. If you say no, we keep looking.
Which states do you cover?
All 48 contiguous states. We're busiest in the Mountain West, Texas and the Southeast, but we'll work any lane you want to run.
Can I keep my factoring company?
Yes. Keep yours, or we can recommend one. Either way we send complete paperwork the day you deliver so funding isn't delayed.
Is it one dispatcher or a call center?
One named dispatcher who knows your truck and your schedule, with a 24/7 desk behind them for nights and weekends.
